Our recipients are typically high school graduates who speak English as a second language and have received recommendations from school counselors or other academic officials.

We feel it's important to include a variety if recipients in our scholarship program.  Allowing the school counselors and academic officials to recommend students for the program gives us more insight to the individuals goals and dreams vs a random selection process.

Since our owner was an athletic and academic scholarship winner herself these efforts are somewhat of a passion and resonate personally.

Helping athletic departments often gets overlooked by many contributors, but plays a large role in the positive development in young adults.

At TWLOHA, they act as a “bridge to help” by pointing people to credible national, local, and community resources which address a variety of mental health issues and illnesses, with a special focus on assisting teenagers.

TWLOHA aims to create a positive community that believes in the reality of recovery. They provide encouragement and inspiration through creative campaigns, online media, and events.

De Colores Foundation focuses on programs of benefit for children with developmental challenges in Tijuana, Mexico.  

De Colores shows preference to those who seek full integration and respect in the human community sharing a vision to the goals of full participation and inclusion of the handicapped according to the United Nations Charter for the Rights of the Disabled.

We give to various animal shelters and organizations that aide in the process of finding forever homes for lost and abandoned pets.

Animals are the true innocence in life.  And often get mistreated for various reasons.  We hold a soft spot in our hearts for those that are not able to help themselves.  Regardless of the species.
